I have an upstairs room available. It is big enough to fit a full sized bed as well as a small desk or a dog crate. It is currently used as a storage space/dog room. It has a small walk in closet. There is a small dresser like storage furniture in the closet to store clothes. Will need to share the upstairs bathroom space and shower. It does get good natural light and doesn’t cook all day. The room is fully furnished, just needs some paint touch ups on the walls. Parking can either be in the street in front of the house or the driveway. The neighborhood is safe and is a family neighborhood. There is a green belt along the backyard that attaches to a trail. The backyard has a deck and a gate that opens up to the green belt. The basement is a spacious area. It currently has a full sized bed as well as a small couch and coffee table. It’s almost like a studio apartment. It does have its own bathroom; however it is shared with the laundry room. Will need to share the shower space in the upstairs bathroom. There is a small coat closet in the mud room area that also has extra storage space. There is no actual closet in the basement but there is a dresser and room to put another dresser or place a hanging rack. Parking can either be in the street or in the driveway.
