Hi, my husband and I have 2 rooms for rent in our new construction home. The rooms are fully furnished, with private bathroom, shared kitchn and outdoor space with built in BBQ and pool. We have a loveable 3 year old labradoodle named Romeo and brown tabby cat named Ella who are both very friendly and very well behaved. They do not make noise. Monthly rent is one thousand dollars each room.
