My name is Jason (he/him), and I’m a year old UX Program Manager.. I’m looking for a reliable and friendly roommate to move into a great bath apartment in Mission Valley. A bit about me: I work a stable, remote job, so I’m generally at home and respectful of noise during the workday. When I’m not working, I balancing adventuring with recharging at home. I love exploring new places, trying new food (I consider myself a foodie and can cook), and love music. I’m a big House & Techno fan, and love going to music festivals and shows. At home, you’ll usually find me decompressing with video games on my PC. I’m a social and friendly guy and enjoy both going out and hosting. I’m not opposed to having people over nor having a quiet home. I don’t drink anymore, but I have no problem being around others who do. I’m also friendly, as long as the smell is kept outside. Past roommates have said I’m an excellent roommate to live with. My approach to cleanliness is to always clean up after myself and to keep the common areas tidy and under control. I usually do a more thorough clean once a week and a deep clean once a month to make sure everything stays fresh. What I’m looking for in a roommate: Ideally, we could lean on each other for support. But if you prefer to keep it casual, I will respect that. I am looking for someone in their late s or early s who is mature, financially responsible, and communicative. Some key things: No pets. I’m severely allergic. I’m fine with guests or your partner. Let’s maintain mutual respect for our space and stuff, and just giving a quick heads-up is appreciated.
