About me
Hi there! My name is Melissa (or you can call me Missy for short), and I am looking for a room for rent. I am moving from out of state (Indiana) and I have a job lined up for me near Port Richey as an Air Bnb Cleaner (I have an employment verification letter for you if needed). My mom and stepdad live down there too and my mom has Scleroderma which is another reason I’d like to be closer to her because of her health. But unfortunately they have no room to spare 😕. Another reason I’m moving is because of the weather (I hate snow & the cold) and mostly because the pay rate and jobs in northwest Indiana are not good right now and the rent is high and we’re still at the federal minimum for minimum wage,The Tampa area and surrounding areas seem to have higher pay rates with only slightly higher cost of rent than Northwest Indiana (South Bend area). I’m a pretty private quiet person & I’m a homebody when I’m not at work so I enjoy staying in my room and binge watching tv series or listening to music with my headphones on most evenings when I’m not at work. So I won’t be a bother😊I won’t be partying at your home I don’t party & I don’t do drugs. I’m looking for a home that doesn’t do drugs either. You also don’t have to worry about me talking about politics,but I’m pretty neutral in a lot of ways if you needed to know. I am anticipating moving in on October th or anytime in between then. I can do a little wiggle room though so if those dates aren’t exact I might be able to work with it. I don’t have any pets. I have 2 children BUT they will not be living with me within the first 9 months to a year & I plan on having my own apartment by that time. So also, I’m a firm believer that rent is the most important thing in your budget to be paid because that’s your SHELTER. I’m easy to get along with & I buy my own food so there’s no worries about food & drinks. Although I may have to store them in the joined refrigerator if that’s okay. I can’t wait to meet my new roomie!!
