About me

Hello! I am looking to rent a room for months, longer if it is a good fit, open to male or female cohabitants, any age as long as it isn't a frat/party house. I'll likely stay there only nights a week. I'm hoping for in-home washer/dryer and separate bathroom, but neither of those are deal breakers. Sensitive to cigarette smoke so unfortunately smoking is a dealbreaker for me. About me: year old female (but feel/act significantly younger) - very clean and tidy, self-sufficient, friendly, respectful, courteous - loves pets, do not have any right now, happy to love yours - enjoys a cocktail once or twice a week.
