Hello! That’s me, on the right, enjoying a private event with my best friend at the Santa Fé Opera (). I am a single professional (prior Small Business Owner) who was born and raised in the Fraser Valley. The commute though? Not for the faint at heart! I am motivated for a fresh start in the city. My career territory is between Yaletown and VGH, so ideally Yaletown is my preference. I would also consider the beautiful Shaunessy area. Please, no basement suits or shared accommodations. Unfurnished is a must as I bring with me my Antiques and Home Design skills. At , I am not a partier, and prefer a quiet dinner out or an evening in, hunkered down & watching a good movie. I take pride in my lifestyle: no smoking/fit (so a gym is a bonus!) I do not currently own any pets (rest in peace Budgies) and really hope to find a place that would include a storage locker and a parking stall/space for my BMW i. I believe in “ask and you shall receive” so I am going to throw it out there: I love the open/warehouse concept, and a bonus if it is a historical building with stories-of-past and character (my passion/experience is antiques and Home Design). Truth be told (honesty is always the best policy), I am starting over (post-divorce). I can guarantee you I will respect, treasure and bring added beauty to your investment. Plus, I’m pretty darn good at cooking amazing, Chef-trained meals and decadent desserts/baked creations, if it means sharing!
