I have the largest room in my house for rent. It is upstairs and has a shared bathroom. There is one other person upstairs at the moment and I will be gone most of the year since I work out of the state most of the time. As of now there is only me and one other living at the house. House is about feet from the Colorado river and it’s great for kayaking and hiking. I may add one other since I will be gone so long. Bills are a month flat rate
