Hello everyone! I am a year old woman who is looking for a room to rent that allows pets, I have one medium sized dog who is crate/house trained and does not bark unless I play with her and get her riled up and even though it’s not really barking it’s more like groaning lol. I work near KOP and would love to stay closer to that area. I also have a modified car that when cold started is a little loud, I am more than happy to park a little further from the house as not to disturb you during sleeping hours. I am respectful, responsible, clean and quiet. I am also more than happy to help out around the house if needed. Please let me know if you are interested in renting to me. Thank you very much! (Important things: I do not smoke or drink and never really go out I also don’t party regarding my wake up hours I do have a very early morning shift for my job that requires me to get up around so I can be there by 5am Sunday and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are 6am so I would be waking up/leaving by am and Thursday is . I would also be buying my own food outside, I will rarely cook and if so it would be ramen/ easy microwavable stuff.)
