Hi I am Jeff, helping my brother (widower) .He has a home in PCB and is looking to rent two of the rooms. He will be there and one of the rooms has a tenant who is leaving . You would share a bathroom with the tenant until he moves out or with a new tenant coming in. It is between Front Beach and Back Beach and close to everything.
