I am planning a move from Louisville, KY to NYC and would prefer to split an apartment / house to save money while I get situated in the new city. Very easy to live with. Emotionally / socially aware, clean, no drama. Ideally I’d like to land somewhere near northern upper west side or near a main subway line to get there.
