I currently have 1 guy he is a professional. looking for someone similar, The room has a Queen size bed, with hotel quality mattress protector also, on the mattress and pillows. 1 lg Closet, TV, a Desk, and Internet, as well as a dorm size fridge and yes, plenty of space in the kitchen fridge also! You get a parking spot in the side driveway or street. Rent is $ refundable deposit and $ non-refundable for cleaning. Bathroom is between the 2 bedrooms.Rent includes all utilities, internet, laundry soap, kitchen necessities and extras! full use of the kitchen and 1 cupboard for you also. I am in the 3rd bedroom w/my own small bathroom. I work, but not always on a regular schedule so I understand the importance of respecting others who may have irregular hours.
