The upstairs room is available immediately!This is a 3-level townhouse, 2BR upstairs, 1BR in basement. No pets please. I have a well trained German Shepherd but only one pet is allowed. I am looking for a college age, female roommate. Flexibility on the lease.The available room is upstairs and shares a bathroom with me. Wifi and utilities are split 3 ways each month.
