Hello thank you for considering my accommodation. I’m a hardworking man who’s self employed and building a few businesses. I like to cook on the grill, watch tv and read a lot, I’m very dialed in right now on a few projects. The ideal Roommate is a female who is social and likes the same things at home. Being clean, having fun and night swims anytime you want. Rent can be broken up in monthly installments. Or we can make other arrangements to suite your needs. I have Costco and Publix is 4 mins away as is a lot of shopping and dining. It’s a really nice safe place. Welcome Home
