Quiet, clean, early to bed and early to rise. I work full time plus all the overtime I can get. I don't have a pet, but I get along great with animals. I'm new to phoenix and don't know anybody except my family, so I won't be having guests over. I'm handy around the house, I can cook and don't mind sharing, and I love board games.
