I'm 27, a manager w/ Coca-Cola. I work 7-5 Monday-Friday. I just moved into a 2 story penthouse on Hanover and Elm Street (4th and 5th floor) and have an extra room I need to rent. I moved here from St. Pete Beach, FL 12 months ago for my job. I'm a likable person , laid back, and get along with all normal, respectable people. I've had many roommates (in college) both Male and Female. Looking for either a female or male young professional (or college student) aged somewhere between 21 & Early 30's. I would prefer a 6-12 month lease with a January 2018 move in date (only because I'm going to be on vacation for most of the mid to latter part of December.)
