The main living part of the house has mostly everything you need to be comfortable day to day but we might have some room to accommodate additional furniture. We are dog friendly. There’s a small yard that’s great for a quick potty break but not for unsupervised play. But we do have walking trails, one nearby which leads to a dog park. Any dog additions need to be friendly to an elderly dog already living here, but unfortunately two of us are allergic to cats. There is no smoking on the property. If you have never lived on Treasure Island, it is a wonderful serene place to live. The city is easily accessible whether or not you have your own transportation. There is twenty four hour Muni service that drops you off at the SalesForce bus terminal in SF. The bus stop is within a short walking distance of the house. There is also a ferry. The island has its own grocery store, some restaurants, lots of walking paths with scenic views and a YMCA
