Hi! We are 3 single girls without kids ranging from early s and we are looking for a 4th (ONE PERSON ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS) to share a beautiful, recently updated, quiet, very spacious & bright 5 br home in Ocean View Hills/Otay Mesa area. RENT IS $ ALL INCLUSIVE. Deposit is $ (that includes wireless internet along with all utilities, including access to a washer/dryer down the hall from the room). There is no assigned parking for this room but street parking is ample. You would share the pictured bathroom with one other person. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, and while we do go out on occasion, we do not bring the party home and would ask the same of you. We have new flooring put in all throughout the downstairs, the staircase & upstairs hallway areas and have fresh paint throughout the house. Less than 5 minutes from the house there is a large shopping center with a Vons, Walmart, Chick fil A, sushi, wings, Jersey Mike's, Starbucks, AMC movie theater, Home Depot, Post Office & much more and we are very close to both the freeways. Our house on the whole is very clean & pretty quiet majority of the time as we kind of mostly do our own thing, but we do also hang out when we see each other, so it's also not a requirement for you to be a complete recluse lol. Available to show/move in now. We all have pretty "normal" schedules, so we should all be available to meet you at the same time. Also, no additional pets allowed. Sorry. Serious inquiries only.
