Hi! I’m a recent graduate who accepted a position at UC Berkeley. I am looking to move to the area mid-July with my pound cavalier spaniel, Ladybird. She is incredibly sweet, quiet and mild- she mainly just wants to be on your lap or snuggling! I will be working from home Monday’s and Thursdays. I have lived by myself for the past 2 years but have missed having a friendly fave to come home too! What I found works best is being proactive with my roommates by creating cleaning duties or specified days for a cleaning schedule in addition to laundry etc. I am a very communal roommate, if there are dishes in the sink I will do them all not just mine, and don’t mind sharing groceries so long as we are on the same page. I will be getting my footing with work so will likely be busy with creating a new schedule and transitioning to the bay from San Diego so I will likely be focused on that but would love to create a warm, friendly environment. I don’t mind guests/ overnight guests just like a heads up :) I love the beach, cycling, reading and really just want to explore the city!

The atmosphere is social but laid back, especially during the summer when the house is less crowded.Available from June 4th to August th. Rent is affordable and utilities are split evenly. Open to all UC Berkeley students. No fraternity membership required.We are looking for someone respectful, tidy, and easygoing.
