Hi, I am a senior student majoring in electral and computer engineering at TTU and have leased a bath townhouse with sprinkler system, heat pump and current appliances in the Allison Way subdivision about mins from TN Tech. There is a community pool and entertainment area with a firepit, cornhole game, seating, and a tv. So, I am looking for 2 male Christian roommates, who are tech students, and have a personality/interests similiar to mine. The cost of an unfurnished bedroom in the townhouse is $ a month plus the cost of utilities split 3 ways. I have furnished the common areas of the townhouse and providing a washer, dryer and small chest freezer. If interested, please pm me.
