There’s also another bedroom and full bathroom on the main level. There’s a front and back deck. One and half car detached garage. Enough parking for 6 vehicles (with the garage being counted as one spot). Great location on Diamond Lake. Awesome views and within walking distance to the beach less than a block away in summer. Utilities are split between however many people are living in the property. Parking is free for the first tenants. Otherwise, if we have to borrow space from the neighbors, the fee could range from $0 to one hundred per car or more. Hopefully we don’t have to charge anything for parking, but just in case a neighbor insists we pay them . The moving fee is only assessed if we have to move a substantial amount of furniture in order to clear the room or help the tenant move in. Men and women are welcome to rent. All the essentials like cookware, ironing board, iron, hangers, blankets, towels, linens, most tools, a vacuum, brooms, mops and most furniture will be left for tenants.
