Super cute town house! I work a ton. So I wouldn’t be home a ton but there are tons of great things to check out. Only thing you would have to split is utilities. Small dogs are welcome. There is no move in fee but first months rent up front obviously. Looking for someone who is chill and will take care of the place when I’m not there. Someone clean is essential.
