A simple to use gas heater provides individual heat for your unit in the winter, and overhead fans help keep cool in the summer. No Air conditioning, but you are welcome to use your own non-permanent indoor unit. Floors are tile throughout, with tile walls and exposed copper plumbing for the bathroom. The shower features both an overhead rain-style showerhead and handheld shower. A shelf, vanity and medicine cabinet offer storage space for toiletries. Trash and recyvling is located near the front of the poroperty, and wi-fi is included.
