What you would be getting is a shared large home, you would have two rooms a private bathroom adjacent to the bedrooms and an additional office space. Laundry room with washer and dryer. The large kitchen, living room and dining room are on the main floor with a great view, and half bath. We try to keep shared space cleaned by all. We are looking for another professional person to join us with the possibility of staying longer than just one year. We often can go a day or two without seeing each other, but when we do we can have a friendly conversation. The house is furnished besides what you decide to put in your rooms. Convenient on street parking is available. We have a quiet hours rule No cooking meals at three AM 😂 There is a lot of good things about this place, it’s a quiet family neighborhood with great views, sunsets - local shops and restaurants down the street.
