I like things tidy and clean but also understand that mess happens so don't think you'll need to be a clean freak.The location:5 minute walk from Purley station, bus stops to Croydon, Coulsdon, Sutton within only a few minutes as well. Several friendly pubs nearby as well as some amazing restaurants. This flat is honestly in such a perfect central location to everything you may need. GP surgery just over the road and plenty of nice green areas for those that enjoy walking/running. I've experienced no issues in my time here and the surrounding neighbours are very friendly.
