The sublease is short-term, just two months until October, so it’s great if you’re looking for something temporary but comfortable.👯 About the RoomiesRight now, the apartment is home to me (Samantha) and my sister Britney. We’re currently sharing the master bedroom, and the second bedroom is available for sublease (lease ends October st). I’m preparing to move out of state soon for school, so finding someone to take over that room helps me cut down on expenses in the meantime.Britney has a small toy poodle (super sweet and friendly, but worth noting if you have allergies).
