This is a full house with back yard and finished basement. I’m currently on a long-term lease for this property and am looking for an occupant to rent the second bedroom with downstairs office/room and shared den/kitchen/laundry. The rooms are a great size, you’ll have your own bathroom - including shower - and we have a huge backyard with patio, fire pit, shed storage for winter tires etc, and there’s direct access to Egerts Park. There’s also lots of space in the finished basement for you to set up gaming rigs, study spots or movie zones.I manage all of the bills, landlord needs, etc. already, so you don’t have to worry about it. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished, and the kitchen has all the dishware you need - I just expect that you clean them after eating or provide your own dishes instead, if you prefer to wait.No pets or smokers as per the landlord requirements. You also can’t vape indoors, no exceptions, as I have asthma and I won’t be able to breathe. :(You can text me if you'd like to meet up to check out the house. dash Not a student: reference + credit check please.
