A fitness center will be built & finished in .Other Info: The house is feet away from Highland Pines Golf / Country Club & Restaurant. We also have a golf cart you can use. I’d prefer a responsible roommate that keeps their space clean & organized. We will have respect for each other’s personal space & privacy. Plastic plates & plastic silverware are also preferred so that there’s not dishes to clean up after most of the time. If you need to use dishes that’s fine, as long as you’re able to clean them right after you eat or within hours. The goal is simply to not have dirty dishes piling up & not micromanage you. If the trash can is full & needs to be taken out, please take it out & replace the trash bag. That’s also a shared mutual responsibility that includes myself. Dogs that don’t shed are okay as long as you pick up after them routinely. Last, a reference contact that can vouch you’re organized, clean, & respectful is needed, or someone that can speak highly of you, & in-person meeting is also needed.
