I am a single mom of 2 teenage girls and 2 overly domesticated cats. I have a large bedroom with private bath available Sept 1st. Rent includes heat, hot water, electric and on- laundry. Not included are internet, trash, mowing and plowing (about /mo separate). 1 vehicle is allowed due to parking constraints. House is a duplex and downstairs neighbors are great!
