Here’s the room and house highlights:- Includes twin-sized bed, dresser, desk, desk chair, tall bookcase, lamp, and closet. - Bathroom is right next door and shared with one other roommate.- Shared kitchen (with cooking utensils and kitchenware), living rooms, and laundry.- Backyard with outside table and garden (managed by a roommate).- Parking for a car and individual storage space in the garage- No pets or furry friends please- Roommates mostly keep to themselves due to busy and conflicting schedules, but are willing to chit-chat and have casual conversations with one another.- Occasional house guests are announced beforehand, but there is no loud parties, drugs, or excessive alcohol use. - Winco, Costco, and Walmart across the street, and Washington Square Mall only a minute drive away.- Looking for someone who is female-identifying and respectful of living in a shared home. Hello! I’m renting out my spare bedroom in my condo. It has an attached bathroom and comes with updated fixtures, shower and bath tub. I’m asking $ per month plus half the utilities. Also comes with full use of the clubhouse, pool/hot tub, and fitness center. You’ll have your own parking spot in the driveway and use of the kitchen. All exterior maintenance is taken care of; the property is very nice and well up-kept year round. All my neighbors are respectful, friendly and the units tend to stay quiet. Pets are definitely welcome as long as they are house trained and cleaned up after. I do have a large dog and cat so ideally we could meet beforehand and see how they all get along. I’d like to request a -mo lease however that is negotiable. I currently have a nice desk and shelves in the room which you’re welcome to use during the stay as it used to be my office.
