I have a home on the westside of Albuquerque. My traveling Nurse room-mate is moving out on Oct. 4 so I'm looking for someone respectful who works outside the home. The room is large and furnished with a memory foam double bed, two side tables and a desk with a comfy chair for you to use.All utilities included. You'll have your own cupboard space and half the fridge. Laundry area is waiting for you with your first month of scent-free detergent.

Upstairs bedroom, there are 2 bedrooms upstairs but both are unoccupied and we do not plan on having more than one renter for the upstairs area. Bathroom is located upstairs with sink, shower and toilet. Downstairs area is fully furnished, dinning table, living room furniture and tv, kitchen is fully stocked with cooking pots pans plates and cups. I live in the downstairs bedroom with my boyfriend, we are both . We do have 3 cats and one Shiba Inu, all are friendly. Washer and dryer are located in kitchen area. We have internet we pay for and share. Looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. We will pay all utilities, the rent is flat each month.
