Hi! I have a room for rent in the back of the house that has access to side yard and brand new back deck. The house is fully furnished. The room does have the washer and dryer unit in it. It's a shared bathroom. Big kitchen with dining table. The living room has flat screen with Netflix and others. The room is not huge as neither is mine, but cute and new. It's in the heart of downtown Ludlow. Walking distance to all shops, grocery, bars and small restaurants. I have been living here over a year. The lease can be 7 months plus another months! 2 rooms on the 3rd floor of a Covington townhouse, myself and my best friend (also male) are living on the 2nd floor, the two women who lived on the 3rd are moving out due to their leases ending. Rent is /mo, plus utilities & internet come out to around per person per month depending on the time of year. The 3rd floor has a shared full bathroom and its own AC unit. New tenants are subject to a Zillow background check and must pay a safety deposit equivalent to the first month's rent. The location is within a minute walk to nearly everything in Covington. We have no preferences for gender, race, religion, ethnicity, or sexual preferences, we don't care because it shouldn't matter anyway.
