Do no flush any toilet paper or items down the toilet as there is a trash can. Scrap off all the food before washing your dishes. We try to minimize the usage of the garbage disposal.The term of the rental period will be month to month and Tennant can move out for any reason but I will need a day notice in writing.The first month rent plus the deposit will be due at move in. Rent is due on the 1st of every month but you do have up to the 5th to pay. Payment made after the 5th but before the th will incur a $ late fee.
