Hi, my name is John. I am a year old yacht captain and I live off Sample & Military in the Deerfield Beach/Pompano area. I own a townhome with a newly furnished backyard and garage, two car driveway, and a room available with a walk in closet, and ensuite private bathroom. The room and house is fully furnished. The room comes with a queen Murphy bed and desk built into the wall, and two dressers. We have a washer and dryer on the second floor, and a half bath on the first floor. I will be living in the other room. I am looking for a roommate that will respect the house, myself, and the neighbors/neighborhood. Please just clean up after yourself. $ a month + utilities. Utilities end up being about $ a month. For a couple we do have a possible parking situation for two cars and rent would be $ a month + utilities. I WILL NOT RAISE RENT.
