Looking for a roommate on Capitol Hill in D.C.

Looking for a female roommate to rent out the master bedroom in my 3 level townhouse. The room is fully furnished, with a private bathroom and all utilities are included. There is a washer and dryer. There is a free parking spot. I have a cleaner that comes to the house every 3 weeks. I have a small dog that is hypoallergenic. The property has a gym that you can use daily and an outdoor pool open in the summer. The house is located two blocks from the metro and one block from the football stadium.
