I am looking to rent out one of my rooms in my home. It’s in the bethel neighborhood. I am a quite senior and live with just my animals. It’s beautiful room foot with a ceiling fan. It would include the room and a private bathroom plus the carpet in the pictures. As well as the dresser and mini fridge. It would be $ a month. I prefer dogs, fish, reptiles however would have to discuss it with you. I don’t have a gender preference. Please feel free to reach about if you have any questions. First month rent and then damage/cleaning deposit are needed. I will work with you on that one I can be flexible. Utilities, Internet, Garbage are included. I have a washer and dryer you’d be able to use. I would also give you some space in the kitchen. It’s a secured property. I do have a large dog and two cats myself. All very friendly. I am friendly however I prefer you to smoke in the garage or outside please.
