Room isn’t furnished but everywhere else is. Wouldn’t mind if you brought things for the living room. Room comes with a closet, and you get your own cabinet space in the kitchen as well as your own sink in the bathroom. You get access to the backyard with a grill and sitting area with no one behind you and there’s walls on the side outback. Apartment has thick walls and central AC which you have control over. I have 2 smaller cats and I am home from am and usually gone on weekends. I don’t bring guests over but wouldn’t mind if you did as long as they’re cool and don’t make a mess. You’d send me rent through Venmo, pay apps or cash. Must have proof of income and pretty clean record as I’ve been blind sided 2x in the past. Female roommates are welcome.
