A little house in Grandview/University View available beginning July first! It’s in a very quiet and safe neighborhood near the Lennox. Two rooms available (will be unfurnished), with a shared bathroom. Home had a good sized yard, driveway, and abundant street parking. Laundry available in the basement along with lots of storage space. Dogs allowed as long as they are well trained, no cats or smoking please! Rent is ty dollars monthly, utilities vary but are normally around two hundred per month, per tenant. The landlord is kind and responsive.
