Looking for a working professional who is clean, friendly, considerate of sharing a space and is patient with my dogs that can (and will) bark. You have a solid rental history, stable income, good communication skills so if any issues do arise we can address and fix them, and we have personalities that mesh! Bonus if we build a friendship, but of course not a must!Details of the space: There are 3 bedrooms. Currently, I am in the two smaller rooms - One is my office and one my bedroom, with a bathroom in the hall. The main bedroom is quite large, has a walk in closet, and your own bathroom. I am totally flexible on if you want the two rooms or the one! Other stuff: -Stacked washer/dryer -Dishwasher -Downstairs level half bath -Large kitchen and island -2 car garage -Fenced in -scapes front yard and patioI am flexible on if you want to bring some of your own stuff or not, but for the most part, the space is fully furnished! The area is extremely safe and walkable.Rent is $/month per person + $/month per person for utilities (That’s a higher estimate) $/month for internet I typically have a house cleaner come once a month or so for a deeper clean and to manage to dog hair, which we could discuss dependent if you want your space cleaned as well. Hi, We are currently looking for one roommate (preferably female, open to a male) to join our house in Erie, CO. It is a newer house, and we have been renting here for a year. Our current fourth roommate is leaving CO. The house is entirely furnished besides your bedroom, and the bathroom is shared with one other girl.All three of us have graduated with bachlor's degrees - two in pysch and one in communications. We are . All three of us are currently nannies. Two of us are in grad school mostly online. We also have a 2 year old female black lab who is extremely well behaved. We are open to having another dog, but no cats please. We all have pretty busy schedules. We are friendly and get along well and love to hangout together. We enjoy hiking/walking, pool days, an occasional night out, fun nights in, shopping, cooking etc. We are hoping to find someone who prefers to keep their space clean, but more importantly who is willing to help keep the main areas clean. Also someone who is respectful of noise when others are sleeping. The house has 4 bedrooms with an extra office space which has a queen bed in it that we use as a guest room (possibility for 2 new roommates?) We also have a huge unfinished basement with lots of storage and small workout area. The house also shares a neighborhood pool that is less than a block away. There is plenty of street parking in the quiet neighborhood and possiblity of a spot in the garage depending on the size of your car. We are ish minutes to both Boulder and Denver.
