Need a roommate beginning through April to help make this townhome in Eugene, a little more quaint. Looking for someone who can keep the common areas tidy with me, pays rent on time, and has no pets. The complex is really beautiful. We have a pool, a gym, and a balcony.

I am looking to rent out one of my rooms in my home. It’s in the bethel neighborhood. I am a quite senior and live with just my animals. It’s beautiful room with a ceiling fan. It would include the room and a private bathroom plus the carpet in the pictures. As well as the small dresser and mini fridge in room plus a standard fridge in the garage. Some cabinets in the kitchen would be yours. There would be a living room and dinning space that is shared. It would be $ for rent, $ for eweb, $ for internet. The damage/cleaning deposit is $. No animals please. I don’t have a gender preference. Please feel free to reach about if you have any questions. First month rent and then damage/cleaning deposit are needed. Utilities, Internet, Garbage are included. I have a washer and dryer you’d be able to use. It’s a secured property. I do have a large dog and two cats myself. All very friendly.
