Looking for a third roommate in a bathroom rent controlled apartment in Santa Monica. You’d have a private bedroom for a single occupant with a walk in closet and an almost private bathroom. Technically your bathroom is in the hallway so it’d be the same one guests use if they visit, but most of the time it’s all yours.
