This is a full house with back yard and finished basement. I’m currently on a long-term lease for this property and am looking for an occupant to rent the second bedroom with downstairs office/room and shared den/kitchen/laundry. The rooms are a great size, you’ll have your own bathroom - including shower - and we have a huge backyard with patio, fire pit, shed storage for winter tires etc, and there’s direct access to Egerts Park. There’s also lots of space in the finished basement for you to set up gaming rigs, study spots or movie zones.I manage all of the bills, landlord needs, etc. already, so you don’t have to worry about it. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished, and the kitchen has all the dishware you need - I just expect that you clean them after eating or provide your own dishes instead, if you prefer to wait.No pets or smokers as per the landlord requirements. I have a 4 month old german shepherd puppy and foster cats in the house. I am looking for a clean roommate or 2. I am a super clean neat person. I am fussy about it to the point that i generally do the cleaning cause i never feel its clean enough. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms.
