I am hoping to have a roommate that doesn't need to contribute a whole lot in a way that is mutually beneficial for both of us, and provides a significant, meaningful improvement to our qualities of life. I am currently residing in a 1 bedroom unit, so if we need to get a 2 bedroom unit, that's fine and we can make arrangements.
