Hey! I’m Katelyn and I have a room I’d like to rent out in a single family house. It will be available the second week of August. It has a private bathroom and an exterior parking spot included. The house is newly renovated. I do have a large breed dog and 2 cats. I would be open to a roommate having a dog if it gets along with mine (he is usually dog neutral). I have a fenced in backyard. The room is currently furnished but, I could clear that out if that is preferred. I will also add pictures when the room is available. I just wanted to put out feelers ahead of time. I’ve never actually used this app for finding a roommate.
