I’m laid-back and a fair person. I’m flexible and willing to work with you on anything. This is not a dream situation by any means, this is just a temporary solution for anyone looking for a cheap months rent by a month by month basis. This is just basically a place to eat and sleep and to work your way up to a better place than this.
