I do keep my house very neat and organized and need someone who can also keep it that way. You would definitely need to like animals. My dog, Poppy, is 1 years-old and lots of energy! She has a dog walker who comes Monday-Thursday and she goes to doggy daycare on Fridays! I’m hoping my new roommate would be cool with letting her out of her crate when they’re home. My cats, Dobby and Kreacher, have their own room to escape my dog when she’s out, which is the room listed. I’d move their stuff over to my office if a roommate is found. Both of my cats are super chill. Because I have three animals, I would prefer no other pets but I could MAYBE do a dog or cat (if they get along). My house is located minutes from downtown Jacksonville, minutes to Jax Zoo, minutes from Riverside, minutes from Jacksonville University, minutes from the JAX Airport & Rivercity Marketplace, minutes from the University of North Florida/St. John’s Town Center and minutes from the beaches.I would be willing to do a 6 month lease to test out the water and then we could extended or end the lease from there.

Washer and dryer is included and just outside the apartment’s door is a nice courtyard and the complex’s pool and gym room. I’ve always had any utility issues taken care of in a timely manner and emergency maintenance is available on call. $ monthly ($ furniture fee) - this is a little cheaper than the current floor plans advertised on Museum Walk’s ! You would have to pay utilities but it ranges anywhere from $. Museum Walk is literally just a street across from UF, only a minute walk to SouthWest Rec and has a bus stop just outside the parking lot. If you like sports or nature, you can easily walk to the baseball and softball stadiums, or to NATL and Lake Alice in a ~ minute walk. If you hop on RTS Bus , you get on campus on the next stop and can get to Turlington Plaza in minutes. Other two roommates would be guys who are chill and keep to themselves.
