It's a duplex-up B in Pilsen(two whole floors!) with central air and in-unitlaundry, and at the moment one of the rooms istentatively spoken for. The main bedroom isactually still available, though, and that one hassome sick bay windows!The total rent is only $/month, and there'seven a shared backyard with a fire pit as well as agarage spot that's an extra $/month. Theapartment is also right off the Western Pink Linestop and the bus, and the landlord lives in thegarden unit below the duplex (he's a really chillguy!). Gas and power combined are about $/month depending on your usage, and internet inthe area tends to be around $/month.Move-in timeframe is definitely flexible, but we'dprobably be looking at the beginning of July at theearliest.
