There’s a balcony facing trees which gives complete privacy. Beautiful large, very clean cabana style pool with grills and gym. Residents can also sign out bicycles for free which I think is so nice. The $ rent amount includes WiFi and all other utilities except electric. Electric is separate, but the total is usually only between $ during the summer and much less in the winter and obviously we would split that down the middle.
