The house is conveniently located by the mini Target on College and Mulberry, so you would be within walking distance of campus and Old Town. The house also has a huge fenced in back yard with a fire pit and a large front yard, along with plenty of street parking. Rent is around $ (would need to talk to the landlord for an exact number) and utilities come to be around $ depending on the season. There is no AC in the whole house, but we do have a pretty efficient swamp cooler on the first floor.A bit about us:My name is Emma, and I am a year old Early Childhood Education major at CSU. I am planning on pursing my Masters after I graduate in the spring. I ski, love going to the gym, and spending time with my dog, Fat Amy. She is a year old medium sized mix who loves nothing but to cuddle up next to you on the couch. I'm Dani, I am a year old Biomedical Sciences major and I am expecting to graduate this Fall. I am currently applying to veterinary school and love everything animal and outdoor related! I enjoy working out, snowboarding, hiking and going to concerts with friends. What we are looking for:While we would love someone to go out with, go ski or paddleboard with, our first priority is finding someone clean and respectful.
