Hello,I have a bedroom for rent which has its own bathroom in it. Bed is furnished, very big closet, and just enough space for one person. I'm looking for a student possibly working adult. Must love animals. I do have a "Chweenie" and 2 cats that, for the most part, stay outside. I don't mind if you have a small dog or cat. We would just need to see how it goes with the fur babies 1 st, unless your confident they will get along in the future. I do check background and rental history. I also go to school, but I'm an older female. I'm very clean and organized
