Looking for someone to fill in a couple rooms. My house is within a gated community that has a couple pool, park and pond areas. It is also near access to Lake Lewisville via Hidden Cove Park. Being near the lake and on the east side, storms are usually less severe. The house has Ring installed to the door, and have had no issues of packages being taken. I usually use the garage entrance so there is very little inclusion of me on your side of the house. The backyard, living room, kitchen and laundry room are open to use but you are expected to clean after yourself. I take care of the lawn. No expectations of your assistance. Visitors are fine, but loud house parties are not. Smoking is ok outside (clean it up), smoking inside is not allowed - garage is fine for bad weather but keep the smell out of the house. I give respect to my roommate by keeping my noise down, especially during their resting periods, and expect the same. My dog does bark as dogs do, but he’s pretty chill and loves people. Rooms are on opposite sides of the house so easy to have your peace and space. If there are changes you’d like to make to your rooms or bathroom, then that can be discussed. Some storage space is available in the garage and attic but not enough for a furniture set. Utilities and internet are on a basis mid-month. Rent is month-by-month on 1st. If moving in during month, then rent will be reduced by week, but if moving out during the month, then rent for that full month would have been paid and not discounted. Little info about me: I’m a veteran that works security. I like my home being a place to relax and not be self-conscious about having friends or family over because of a dirty or on-edge roommate. I’m not a couch dweller, but I do watch a movie or sports sometimes. I have plants around the house that I take care of. I like to cook when I have good time for it, and generally make big pots of chili per year. I love my dog and love taking him for walks

We are husband and wife who are renting our room out in our quiet neighborhood. There are lovely parks at the end of our street. There is a Tom Thumb within a 3 minute drive, a Walmart within 5 minute drive, aldis within a 5 minute drive, and a same within a 8 minute drive. There’s also a goodwill within a 5 minute drive. The renter will have access to shared kitchen +refrigerator and access to shared washer and dryer. We do have 4 loving little pups that love people. We also have 5 chickens that we give organic food to so the renter will have access to free organic eggs. We prefer female roomates as they have been proven to be more reliable.
